Basic rules

Packages are usually shipped the same day of receipt of paymentand are shipped via DHL, TNT or Postal Services with tracking number and delivery with customer signature. Delivery costs include handling and packaging costs as well as postage costs. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight and the final destination of the order. The boxes are oversized and your items are well protected.

 

After the shipment you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of your package.

Shipping charges are based on product weight. For multiple products ordered, the store\'s computer program adds the weight of all units ordered for a single delivery charge. Thus, a customer who orders three products 200g, 250g and 400g is charged a single delivery charge relating to a single shipment, weighing more than 500g, but less than one kilogram. The customer will not be charged for three different batches weighing less than 500g each.
